The room is spacious. The reception staff is very polite Although they spoke very little English, they tried hard to respond to my questions.

We stayed in a ryokan room, very big, clean and spacious. Service was exceptional, hotel staff were very helpful and polite and took an extra mile to assist us with our enquiry.
